The Campaign and Advocacy Lead will play a central role in our growing team, with a focus on winning democratic change and leading public facing activities. To succeed, you will need to have excellent campaign and communications skills. You will be organised and self motivated and be able to manage competing priorities. You will need to be a strong communicator and good at building trusting relationships with a diverse range of people. And you will need to be proactive, seeking out opportunities to develop new campaign opportunities and finding ways to ensure democracy is high on the public agenda.
We have physical offices in London and Belfast which are always available to work in. We are flexible in terms of either working from home, or working hybrid from home and a physical office. However the successful candidate must be able to travel to attend network activities. This will involve travel across the UK to different locations where Network organisations are based, for face-to-face events, conferences and meetings.
We encourage applications from candidates who are Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME), working class candidates, and those with disabilities, as these groups are underrepresented throughout the democracy sector.
